LWVMD Action & Advocacy

After studying an issue, producing a Fact Sheet, and arriving by consensus at a position, the League of Women Voters moves to the Action and Advocacy Stage. 

LWVMD members actively lobby legislators, both in person, with testimony, and by mail and email.

The LWVMD also publishes information, sends out press releases, holds educational forums and sends out Action Alerts so that all members of the community may also communicate with their legislators. Click here to sign up and act now!
