Could there be a change in how we elect our Queen Anne's County Commissioners?

A recent article describes efforts to put a straw poll on the November ballot, asking for public opinion on these questions: 

• Should we change how we elect Queen Anne’s County Commissioners. Should the entire commission be elected all at once, or should there be staggered terms?
• Should district commissioners be elected solely by constituents in their districts, or should all QAC voters vote for all commissioners?
