Guest Speaker: Adam Clayton Powell III Executive Director, of the Election Cybersecurity Initiative at the University of Southern California. With our time with Mr.Powell we look to explore the following topics:
Campaigns, elections and political activists in the U.S. are under attack from adversaries including Russia and China. To discuss defending against these and other cyber attacks, we will draw on lessons from the government, private industry and academic researchers.

- Uplifting Your Local Leagues Social Media and Communications: Learn more about spotlighting the amazing work you do in your county to fellow Leaguers and the public.
- Ballot Questions this November: Maryland voters will be asked to decide 5 ballot questions proposing amendments to the Maryland constitution. This breakout session will prepare you to lead discussions of the ballot questions in your League and for the community.
