Each person should be signed up individually
The Sassafras dormitory has been set aside for our use. This is an all-suite dorm; each suite contains one bathroom and either 2 or 3 bedrooms. We will assign one bedroom to each person who attends. If you would prefer to choose your suite-mate(s,) please provide the name(s) to Jane Hardy. Linens will be provided but you will have to make your own bed. A refrigerator is available on the first floor for medical needs and your own drinks. The dorm has 3 floors – an elevator is available.
When you arrive, registration will be at the dorm lobby between 3:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on Friday evening, or on Saturday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.
You will have the option to be a day-visitor, or to register for two or three nights. in addition there are options to register for additional events on Friday afternoon and evening, June 9, 2017, before the Convention begins Saturday morning.
Here’s another choice for Friday evening: 7:30 p.m., National Music Festival Performance at Decker Hall, Washington College: Brahms Piano Concerto No. 2 in B♭, opus 83 and Schubert Symphony No. 9 in C, Deutsch 944. Nikolai Lalav, conductor, Michael Gurt, piano. Event is likely to sell out; make your own reservation and pay at http://nationalmusic.us/events-and-tickets/ Dinner will be on your own, either at the College Dining Hall, large, varied buffet for $14, or at a local restaurant.
Please note that a late fee of $50 will be imposed for registration after Friday, May 19. Because we are dealing with many outside organization/institutions with various deadlines, we need to assure headcounts early! Your prompt and timely registration will be most appreciated.
Questions? Please contact Jane Hardy at [email protected], 410-639-7811.
To purchase tickets, please enter a "1" in the box next to your choices below.
