LEAGUE PUBLICATIONS

ballot box The League is well known for its production of Voters' Guides for primary and general elections distributed the week prior to elections. These Voters' Guides are regularly inserted in local newspapers and are frequently found in libraries, post offices and other places convenient for public use. The League also prints unbiased information about ballot issues.

LEAGUE PUBLIC FORUMS AND DEBATES
The League sponsors and conducts various forums, candidate debates and other information sessions prior to elections as a public service. Also, local candidates are frequently shown on local public service channels such as a channel of your public school system or county government. Local newspapers provide announcements of personal appearances by candidates in various communities, and Public Broadcasting often conducts interviews. The League recommends you consult your television directory and local newspapers about such events, or contact the League office for information about League-sponsored events beginning about one month
prior to an election.

Check this page regularly for information about upcoming elections.
