Maryland law states that  Employees who do not have two hours before or after work to vote may take up to two hours of leave to vote. Employers may specify the time during the day that leave can be taken. Employees are entitled to paid leave but are required to provide employers with proof of voting.

You do NOT have to have voted in the Primary to vote in the General Election.
