Letter explaining the Farm Service Agency Outreach Loan Program. Spread the word. The USDA is reaching out to underserved populations for its loan programs. Most interesting is a Youth loan program that could be used to provide entrepreneurial opportunities to our students. Also note the opportunities for Women and People of Color to increase business skills and access to capital.
