Chairman Ball and Members of the County Council:

The League of Women Voters of Howard County supports Resolution 136-2007 approving the terms of an amendment to a Payment in Lieu of Taxes Agreement with ODC Crossing, LLLP. This Resolution extends the existing agreement by a few more months in 2017 for the Orchard Crossing multi-family apartments. These apartments provide affordable housing opportunities for families. The League urges favorable consideration of Resolution 136.

The League urges the County Council to adopt Resolution 116-2007.
