Chairman Ball and Members of the County Council:

The League of Women Voters of Howard County supports Resolutions 122 and 123 for the development of an affordable 80 unit senior housing project Park View at Emerson in Laurel Maryland to be financed by the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development either directly or through the Community Development Administration. The League supports the Payment in Lieu of Taxes Agreement for the Park View at Emerson housing development.

The League urges the County Council approval of both Resolutions.
