Where do I Vote?
Maryland law states that:
Employees who do not have two hours before or after work to vote
may take up to two hours of leave to vote. Employers may specify
the time during the day that leave can be taken. Employees are
entitled to paid leave but are required to provide employers
with proof of voting.
