SB 145 (Chair, Judicial Proceedings Committee, by request from Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services) Corrections Services – Maryland Correctional Enterprises – Goods and Services would remove a prohibition against the sale of services by the Maryland Correctional Enterprises and authorize the sale of goods from Maryland Correctional Enterprises to individuals employed by the State or a State-aided or State-controlled entity.
